We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, forward thinking and dedicated School Business Manager to join our hard working, talented and friendly school community. The unique role within our Leadership Team, balances both operational and strategic responsibilities including, but not limited to, Budget ownership, HR, Premises and Health and Safety.

Grade H £32,076 to £37,336 FTE

Part-time 33 hours per week, term time only – hours negotiable

 We are looking for a School Business Manager who has:

  • Experience and knowledge of business, finance and resource management
  • Experience of setting, managing and monitoring budgets
  • Leadership and line management experience
  • Good understanding of HR, health and safety and premises management
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly
  • Great communication with flexible ‘can do’ attitude and a good sense of humour

High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Vacancy

High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) KS1 & EYFS

Required to start ASAP.
Salary Band F11 £25,979 - F19 £29,777 pa FTE. 

Actual £13.46 - £15.43 per hour.
30 Hours a week, Monday - Friday 08.30 – 15.30. Term time only

Are you an inspiring and motivating classroom practitioner? Do you want to be part of a committed, dynamic team who are constantly improving their professional practice?

Robert Sandilands are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support the teaching and learning as needed across the school, though largely focused in KS1 & Early Years. You will provide support to groups and individuals.  Curriculum/subject coordinator cover and absence cover across the school are also part of this role.

Along with calmness and a good sense of humour, the post also requires excellent communication skills.  A working knowledge of the KS1 and Early Years curriculum is advantageous, but not essential.
